wpIsLocked - Parameters

somSelf (WPObject *) - input

Pointer to the object on which the method is being invoked.

Points to an object of class WPObject.

rc (BOOL) - returns

A flag indicating whether the object can be made dormant.

Possible values are described in the following list:

TRUE

The object is locked and cannot be made dormant.
FALSE
The object is not locked and can be made dormant.
