These return values have these meanings for RSVP calls:

RAPI_ERR_OK

No error. RAPI_ERR_INVAL

Parameter not valid. RAPI_ERR_MAXSESS

Too many sessions. RAPI_ERR_BADSID

Session identifier out of valid range. RAPI_ERR_N_FFS

Wrong n_filter or n_flow for this style. RAPI_ERR_BADSTYLE
