DCE and the Managed Object Class Library
To access the full range of services provided by DSS, you may need to use
DCE remote procedure calls (RPCs) or MOCL. DCE provides POSIX Threads (pthreads),
Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs), Cell Directory Service (CDS), Security Service
and Time Service.
The MOCL provides a client-side object-oriented interface for managing DCE
