A PM Application Anchor Block is allocated
in the Thread Local Memory Area when a PM application
thread creates a message queue. The AAB contains a pointer to the MQ
which allows PM to find the MQ in any context. This is particularly
useful to the debugger since it also allows the MQ of any PM thread in the
system since the TLMA is saved in a thread's TCB.
