File Dialog

Application interface: The FDS_NATIONAL_LANGUAGE 'style' bit.

When the standard file dialog is RtL/NLS:

• Orientation is right-to-left.

• Field names and buttons are in the National Language.

• Data in controls that pertain to filenames and directory names is implicit.
