360-Degree Scale
You can choose a scale of 360 degrees for your slider with CSS_360. Setting
this style causes the CSS_NOBUTTON and CSS_NONUMBER styles to be set automatically.
The CSS_NONUMBER style prevents the value indicator from corrupting the
dial value. A 360-degree circular slider is displayed without the bit maps
for the plus and minus buttons.
