FALSE
Associated memory was not freed. The WinGetLastError function may return the following errors:

• PMERR_INVALID_PARAMETERS
  
• PMERR_MEMORY_DEALLOCATION_ERR
  
• PMERR_FI_CURRENTLY_INSERTED.
