Sets the color of the notebook outline. This color
is initially set to SYSCLR_WINDOWFRAME.
PP_FOREGROUNDCOLOR

Sets the color of text
on the status line. This color is initially set to SYSCLR_WINDOWTEXT.
PP_HILITEBACKGROUNDCOLOR
or PP_HILITEBACKGROUNDCOLORINDEX
Sets the color
of the selection cursor. This color is initially set to SYSCLR_HILITEBACKGROUND.
