Pointer to the DRAGINFO structure from which the DRAGITEM structure is obtained.

ulIndex (ULONG) - input

Zero-based index of the DRAGITEM structure for which the pointer is to be returned.

Dragitem (PDRAGITEM) - returns

Pointer to the DRAGITEM structure.
