mmioFlush Parameter - usFlags

usFlags (USHORT) - input

Contains none or the following flag:

MMIO_EMPTYBUF

Empties the I/O buffer. The allocated buffer is not dropped, but the calling mmioGetInfo will reveal that the pchNext field of the MMIOINFO structure will point to pchEndRead.
