DmiCiUninstallData

To remove a component from the MIF database, the component instrumentation fills out a DmiCiUninstallData block and sends it to the service layer with the DmiInvoke() function call.

DmiMgmtCommand
The command block. The value of iCommand is 0x403. iMgmtHandle should always be set to zero.
iComponentId
The service-layer defined ID of this component.
